We care about your data security and transparent processing. Below you can find what data we process, for what purpose, and what rights you have.

2. Scope of processed data

  • email address provided in the contact form,
  • selected service and message content submitted via the form,
  • technical data (e.g. IP address) processed temporarily for security purposes,
  • data provided in the order form at the voucher.ufmed.pl store (e.g. name, email address, phone number, invoice details) and order data,
  • data about activity on ufmed.pl and the voucher.ufmed.pl store collected by the Meta Pixel (e.g. visited pages, clicks, purchases) – only after marketing consent is given.

We do not process special categories of personal data through the contact form.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process data in order to:

  • respond to inquiries sent through the contact form,
  • handle correspondence and customer communication,
  • protect the form against spam and abuse (Google reCAPTCHA),
  • ensure stable website operation and traffic analytics (Google Analytics),
  • fulfil voucher orders placed at the voucher.ufmed.pl store and handle payments (Przelewy24),
  • measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram ads and show ads to people who visited our websites (Meta Pixel) – only after consent is given.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest); for communication and order fulfilment Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (conclusion and performance of a contract); for tax and accounting obligations Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR; and for analytics and marketing cookies Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings.

4. Cookies and third-party tools

The website uses cookies and external tools supporting security, traffic analysis and ad measurement.

Used providers:

  • Google Analytics – website traffic statistics and analysis.
  • Google reCAPTCHA – protection of forms against bots.
  • Resend – technical processing of contact form email delivery.
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel) – measuring the effectiveness of Facebook and Instagram ads and remarketing; active only after marketing consent is given. Data may be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA under the mechanisms provided for in the GDPR (including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
  • Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.) – payment processing at the voucher.ufmed.pl store.

5. Data retention

  • contact form data is stored for as long as necessary to handle correspondence,
  • security-related technical data is stored for the period required to detect and limit abuse,
  • analytics data retention follows Google tool settings,
  • order data is stored for the period required by tax and accounting law (as a rule, 5 years from the end of the tax year),
  • data collected by the Meta Pixel is stored in line with Meta's settings, and its cookies expire after 90 days at most.
